  • 25gCeylon Cinnamon
  • 4gStar Anise (Badiane)
  • 8Cloves
  • 5gCoriander (seeds)
  • 1/4teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2teaspoon of Ginger
  • 3/4teaspoon of Cardamom (seeds)
  • 4gGreen Anise

The recipe is very quick, here it is: Grind everything together! It's ready!

Note that we always use Ceylon Cinnamon, our favorite, more subtle, more elegant than Cassia Cinnamon ( for more details )

If you use Cassia Cinnamon, reduce the weight to 15-20g
